The crematorium was damaged in a fire in 1946 and was finally rebuilt in 1956. Visitors can also see mausoleums and a garden of remembrance. Some of the more significant monuments in the cemetery include the Ismay tomb of 1937, the symbolist monument to Emma Vickey, the grave of Sir Harry Renwick and the Lyons grave.
