There’s also the Twineham & Wineham Cricket Club which was established in 1893. The club still hosts the town’s friendly cricket matches. A number of players from Brighton and the recently dissolved Warninglid team come to enjoy a good game of cricket on Sundays. The club has also been part of official tours to destinations like Ibiza, Yorkshire and Suffolk to name a few. The club boasts of father-son combination of team members, thanks to the many sports enthusiasts in the new generation!
