Any complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days. We will endeavour to reach a solution with you within 5 working days and will keep you informed of all material stages in the process. Any complaint will be logged so that we can monitor for internal usage only.

None of the information contained in the Customer Service section will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Under certain circumstances and where situations allow it may be necessary to retrieve and examine a delivery that has been rejected. In the unlikely event of this sensitive situation arising the collection would be arranged by our Support Staff.
