Kensington and Chelsea has royal patronage, and it’s one of the most expensive regions to live within London. It also has districts with social housing and poverty. The Council’s motto is “Quam Bonum in Unum Habitare” which translates to “How Good to Dwell in Unity”.

This borough includes over seventeen different districts. Chelsea, Earl’s Court, Albertopolis, Holland Park, Ladbroke Grove, and Notting Hill are some of the more popular ones. This region has an extensive transit system with twelve tube stops on six different lines. Rail and buses are also other popular methods of getting around the city.
