HISTORY

The Spring Wells – although it's a community facility now, it is believed to be what attracted the first settlers in the area. The waters are reputed to be chalybeate or rich with iron salts which provide healing qualities and other health benefits.

St Andrew's Church – features a slender spire that rises 150 feet. Both the tower and church date back to the 14th century but other parts have been rebuilt throughout the centuries.
